OUR STRENGTHS

Sourcing:
Accomplished sourcing teams are constantly on the lookout for new products. These teams, compromising of young talented, experienced professionals are sourcing specialized factories with vertical set up for knit & sweater items. Raw materials for production are also sourced locally and internationally from countries such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and India, Pakistan etc. It is made sure that raw materials for production are sourced from Oeko-Tex certified factories ensuring that no harmful chemicals are present in our products.

Development:
In- house development teams are precisely focused on new product developments using local and imported materials. The development teams keep themselves relentlessly updated with new and current fashion trends. Besides this we are also developing samples and products as per customer’s requirement and specification.

Merchandising:
Each team headed and monitored by a Manager-- routinely and systematically updates the customer on the progress and status of the order. Daily communication and exchange of information is maintained with the customer. Due to different requirement of product range of each customer the merchandising department is further divided into respective department. Each customer is assigned with an individual and separate merchandising team for follow up of orders. This team comes into action from the day of order placement till the date of shipment.

Production & QualityControl:
Alike the merchandising team, each customer is also provided with selected and separate production team of quality controllers. These teams, along with the merchandising team perform quality check on the merchandise during production. Workmanship and other standards such as rubbing test, shrinkage test, color fastness etc are constantly checked, recorded and analyzed. Immediate corrective measures are taken if any deviations are found. Internationally certified tests such as SGS, BV, ITS, AQM, HOHENSTEIN etc. can also be provided depending on customer’s requirement. Due to such strict and rigorous quality checks our products can be offered for any third party inspection.

We also do our in-house quality check of any stage of sample before sending it to our patrons/buyers/agents/vendors/importers in order to save the time to proceed further steps.

Social compliances:
FM Fashion gives special emphasis on social compliance as such most of our factories are Wal-mart, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX,STR etc approved. To maintain this compliance we have our own compliance and audit team who makes random checks on factories regarding all social compliance and audit.

Factory and Production Capabilities of FM Fashion:
We have manufacturing support from approximately 42 associated industries based in Bangladesh. Besides, we also have 03 state-of-the-Art manufacturing units that manage our huge production demand of knit, Sweater. At present we are successfully exporting variety of knit and sweater items for men, lady's and children fashion. We deal in all sorts of knit items in different fabric(Single Jersey, Fleece, Pollar Fleece, Micro Pollar Fleece, Terry Fleece, Interlock, Lacost, Pique, Valore) in different GSM like cotton, cotton/spandex, cotton/polyester ,modal fabric etc and Sweater item in different yarn composition like cotton, cotton/nylon, wool, acrylic, tamu, tape yarn, cotton/acrylic, chenille, viscose, viscose/nylon, cashmere like acrylic or other fancy yarn in 3 GG,5 GG,7 GG,12 GG and jacquard.

We are handling at the moment any number of Sweaters and Knit items in both local and imported fabric/yarn. We are expert in doing very basic as well too fancy item at any time as per your need in different construction/composition.

Inspections:
Our own technical team as per international standards carries out In-line and final inspection of our products. We can also provide third party/buyer nominated inspection such as Bureau VERITAS, SGS, ITS, AQM, HOHENSTEIN as per customers’ requirements.

Factory and Production Capabilities of FM Fashion:
we have three state-of-the-Art manufacturing units, Besides that, We have manufacturing support from approximately 42 associated industries based in Bangladesh to manage our huge production demand of Woven, knit, Sweater. At present we are successfully exporting variety of knit and sweater items for men, lady's and children fashion. We deal in all sorts of knit items in different fabric in different GSM like cotton, cotton/spandex, modal fabric etc and Sweater item in different yarn composition like cotton, cotton/nylon, wool, acrylic, cotton/acrylic, chenille, viscose, viscose/nylon, cashmere like acrylic or other fancy yarn in 3 GG, 5 GG,7 GG,12 GG and jacquard.

Our well set-up woven, knit and sweater manufacturing units welcome to you at any time.

Besides, we have had our own manufacturing unit of accessories, print and embroidery manufacturing units to keep the delivery on time.
